Fire Alarms

If you own, manage or operate a business, you will need to comply with fire safety law. The main law is the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 or "the Fire Safety Order" which applies across England and Wales and came into force on 1 October 2006.

It applies to virtually all non domestic premises and communal areas in places of multiple occupancy (e.g. blocks of flats etc.)

Rafiki Twinflex ProThe order does not say you must have a fire alarm, what it does say is that you must conduct a fire risk assessment, which we can assist you with. If, as part of that assessment, the need for a fire alarm is identified, then we can design and install your system in accordance with your risk assessment and the British and European Standard BS5839.

All our systems are certificated with a commissioning certificate on completion.

Once your system is installed you have a duty under the order to maintain it. We can offer a one off service visit, or we can offer a comprehensive maintenance contract that includes parts and labour.
